Position: Desk Specialist (In Lab Setting)

Shift: 7AM – 5:00PM Monday – Friday

Location: Valleyhigh Drive Rochester, MN 55901

Description: Desk Specialist will provide excellent customer service and technical lab support across multiple sites. Manage a variety of situations along with customer complaints. Will determine appropriate course of action and coordinate solutions based outcomes. Produce accurate results under time constraints in a fast paced, customer focused environment.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree with at least two years experience in laboratory research, research coordination or development.

Wages: $21-$25 per hour
