You can fill out the application online, however, you will still need to make an appointment to interview with a recruiter. We do require all applicants to have 2 valid (U.S. issued) forms of identification. All applicants must be able to pass a drug test, criminal background check and have either a High School diploma or GED. If you have a resume please email it in advance or bring it with you to your interview.
If for any reason you won’t be able to report to your assignment or will be unavoidably late, call Global Employment Solutions Inc., before your starting time so that we can inform the client that you will be absent or late.
We pay employees weekly. Paychecks are issued on Fridays for the work of the previous week if a valid timecard is submitted and approved by Wednesday of that week. It is your responsibility to complete your timecard fully and accurately before you submit it to us.
First notify your on-site supervisor, and then call your Global Employment Solutions Inc. representative immediately. Remember that Global Employment Solutions Inc. is your employer and is required to file an injury report with our insurance carrier. Notifying us quickly helps insure that you receive the proper care for your injury and lost wages, if applicable.
